John Olley

John Olley is abundantly skilled in Sales and Program Management. He brings 15 years of automotive leadership, strategy development, program implementation, brand visibility and profit improvement along with a Masters degree of Business Administration from the Detroit College of Business.

He has spearheaded development of sales strategies for Chrysler business unit driving profitability. John has successfully launched programs for Honda, Chrysler, Denso, Valeo, Nissan and Delphi using APQP and Kerzner methodologies, and has earned Project Management Professional Accreditation.

Utilizing proven marketing strategies and developing strong relationships with customers, he has initiated and provided timely resolution on all financial building blocks of assigned programs.

Additionally, John has lead the advanced product quality planning for five manufacturing plants located in the US, Canada and Mexico during product development and launch of assemblies. John is eager to share his wealth of experience and knowledge in the sales and leadership arena.
