Rick is a licensed facilitator of the The Coaching Clinic, as well as a licensed counselor for EQ-I (emotional and social intelligence assessments).
He has BA in International Business, from Oakland University and is a graduate of Coach University's Core Essentials Fast Track Program.
Most recently Richard has earned his credentialing as an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation and he is now entrenched in becoming a Master Certified Coach.

Richard's exceptional track record of business improvement is based on his philosophy of preparing people and teams first, then engaging the total enterprise in change.
He is known for his ability to quickly identify and diagnose marketing, sales and operational growth impediments.
He uses proven methods to refine a company's organizational structure, communication systems, leadership methods, products, services, operational effectiveness, sales strategies and market position.
Richard served as an independent business consultant for Fourslides Inc., an automotive metal stamping company in Madison Heights, Michigan.
There he utilized and refined these business improvement techniques to lead the company to a dramatic turnaround of 33% sales revenue increase, while significantly reducing operating costs through "right sizing"the organization.

At 31, Richard took a new direction with his business pursuits.
He founded LLink Technologies from his home-based office and sought out business opportunities in the automotive plastic injection molding and interiors market.
In just 11 years, LLink Technologies grew to more than 300 employees with sun visor, interior lighting, overhead console and door sub-assembly manufacturing locations in Romeo and Brown City, Michigan, as well as Suzhou, China.
During his tenure as owner with LLink Technologies Richard spearheaded several strategic alliance and joint venture partnerships with both Magna International and Lear Corporation.
In addition to leading the LLink Technologies team through rapid organizational, sales, and profit growth, Richard utilized his strength in personnel growth and operational systems management to develop and implement communication and business systems to support employees, suppliers, customers and joint venture partners.
Putting Energy to Use

Richard also had significant impact on profitability and growth at Energy Steel & Supply Co., where he held senior executive positions and ultimately became a partner.
As National Sales Manager, he guided the sales and engineering teams to record annual sales and profit growth in the nuclear power, naval nuclear and Department of Energy sectors.
As Vice President, Richard developed and implemented a product and service diversification strategy including "one stop shopping" for international power generation customers.
Because of Rick's efforts, Energy Steel & Supply Company became an approved supplier at most United States, Canadian, Korean and Mexican based nuclear power companies.
Roots of Steel

Richard's early business success came in the steel industry during the dawn of the 1980s.
His strategic approach to building and diversifying businesses is best reflected at Ryerson Steel, where he was instrumental in developing and growing the Ryerson Fabrication Department in Detroit, Michigan.
It was this product and service diversification that ultimately transformed into record sales and profits.
Richard also served on the Board of Directors at Action Steel in Indianapolis, Indiana during the late 1990s.
