Kevin P. Frontiera brings more than 26 years of experience in quality engineering, industrial engineering, project management, capacity improvements, operations management, troubled supplier management, statistical engineering and problem solving.

As a Statistical Problem Solutions Sr. Consultant, Statistical Engineering Master, Red-X Master and General Motors SQA Manager, Kevin instructed and coordinated Statistical Engineering technical training and urgent problem solving support for distressed supplier operations, new program launches and warranty.

Kevin led global teams in 23 different countries through the process of consolidating, right-sizing and successfully managing new product/program launch management initiatives. Kevin has led hundreds of projects and trained over 200 engineers in root cause and prevention statistical engineering.

Kevin’s expertise is in project management, operational cost reduction initiatives, training and problem solving using statistical engineering methodologies, distressed supplier management and turnaround improvements, as well as product launch management and divestitures. His experience, knowledge and methodical efforts have saved companies hundreds of millions of dollars.

Kevin is married to Karen, his wife of 29 years and has 3 adult daughters and 2 granddaughters.
