Carol is CEO and founder of Pivotal Solution Group, a corporate coaching and sales consulting firm operating out of Phoenix, Arizona.

Relying on 21 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing and operations, she supports clients in creating environments that foster greater company unity and loyalty. She is most recognized for creating company cultures and sales environments with low turnover and high growth.

Her philosophy is based on a model of creating a supportive environment within an organization as well as externally to a company's customer base. She received her degree in communication and is also a graduate of Coach U. She is currently pursuing master certification in corporate coaching.
